Coaching for Principals
Virtual and In-Person
Whether you are in year one or 15 as a principal, some of your greatest professional growth happens when you take a step back and reflect. Working with a leadership coach can give you that space for innovative thinking, coupled with impartial feedback and insight.
You select a coach who best fits your style. You work with your coach one-on-one on self-identified areas of greatest need. Your coach provides guidance, access to just-in-time training and new ideas to help you gain clarity and solve school-specific problems. In addition, coaches can work with you, if wanted, to develop and implement short or long-term action plans.
Coaching is low or no fee.
The regular coaching sessions provided time for me to verbally process my thinking. My coach listened and asked questions that supported me in being more clear about goals by being a good listener and asking questions to support me in deepening my thinking.
