WORKSHOP SERIES
Participate in this workshop series to establish readiness and set the stage for changing your school’s culture of feedback. Together with our facilitators and your Metro Denver peers, you will:

Explore and measure evidence in your school of its levels of psychological safety and trust as well as collaboration, risk taking, adaptability and vulnerability

Understand where a culture of feedback fits in your personal leadership priorities
-
Consider who you are as a leader and how you show up to support teachers’ learning and growth
-
Engage in personal and group reflection with tools and resources that help you think more deeply about where you are at and want to go in growing your feedback culture

Prepare for changing your school’s culture by:

Learning/relearning change frameworks and change readiness assessments
-
Planning for next steps.

COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE
Engage in this community of practice with our facilitators and other experienced school leaders vested in improving and refining their feedback culture. Together you will problem solve, measure progress and determine next steps as you collectively:

Understand where your school’s culture is at and practice identifying issues related to changing it

Use change frameworks to foster cultures of feedback and address challenges along the way
-
Determine how to focus on root causes of change resistance and performance problems
-
Practice feedback for staff who are needing to grow as well as those who are high performers
-
Establish ways to measure progress in growing your school’s feedback culture
