Registration for our 2019-20 Course is Open!
We are inviting you to join this highly interactive course that provides school and district leaders (principals, directors, assistant principals, coordinators, instructional coaches etc.) with greater clarity on the complex process of providing effective feedback. We have developed it to assist in strengthening mindsets and values toward sharing meaningful, differentiated feedback that recognizes and capitalizes on the strengths of feedback providers and recipients while addressing recipients’ specific needs.
Our cohort is intentionally small so that, as a participant, you get to know other leaders and develop mutual trust. During sessions you’ll have multiple opportunities to practice giving feedback using the methods and mindsets you are learning, and gain feedback on your own instructional leadership dilemmas and questions. At the end of each session, you’ll complete an action plan to guide you through your feedback practice upon returning to your own professional environment – allowing you to reflect on your learning and apply new techniques with your staff or colleagues.
We are currently researching the possibility of offering Continuing Professional Education credits for this course through Adams State University. We will update this page as soon as we know.
Susan McConaghy is your course facilitator. Course fee is $400.

This course, the instructor, and the resources, have been so valuable. After each session I felt more and more confident to take on almost any coaching situation that came my way.
