School improvement initiatives begin with inspired and innovative school leaders. Whether you want to make incremental or large-scale improvements, the support of peers and experienced coaches can help.

Idea Jams

Why Participate: Share your own school improvement ideas and learn new ones to try from colleagues.

In an interactive session, an educator will present a new idea they have considered for creating a more ideal school. Participants then suggest additional strategies and methods for the educator to try. A facilitator will help the group explore two or three of them in more depth.

Drop-ins

Why Participate: Learn simple, easy-to-implement school improvement practices from colleagues that you can use immediately.

Our drop-in, gatherings begin with a five-minute presentation from an educator who has successfully implemented a school improvement practice. The group then engages in facilitated Q&A and dialogue with the presenter and breakout discussions about how to apply it within their own organizations.
