Workshops & Cohorts, Customized Experiences
“There is always more than one solution, and helping others find the one that fits them best is powerful.”—Patty Hanrahan
Patty Hanrahan’s experience enables her to see school systems holistically as she works with a wide variety of learners, educators, parents, and community members. She believes that everyone needs a thought partner for reflective thinking and to remove obstacles to see more clearly, prioritize ideas and maintain focus on what’s most important. Her style of active listening and relationship-building helps validate what people already think and allows them to bring more confidence and satisfaction to their work.
Patty has experience as a teacher, Instructional Coach, Assistant Principal, Principal, Director and Deputy Superintendent. Her experience gives her insight into the challenges educators and leaders face at all levels of a school community, and she specializes in helping people personalize solutions to match their own styles and school cultures.
Patty grew up in Kansas City, Missouri (Go, Chiefs!), but has lived in Colorado with her husband, Peter, for 30 years. They have two adult daughters and one grandson. In her free time, Patty has a passion for exploring off the beaten path, learning about other cultures, reading historical fiction and nonfiction, cooking and home decorating.
