Leveraging AI in Education Administration
It's time to learn and use creative and powerful AI tools in your education administration. Watch our welcome video here.
Designed for education leaders with all levels of AI experience, this virtual work session series focuses on high leverage ways to use AI to improve your leadership effectiveness.
Topics will include:
-
The unique and different ways that participants are using AI in their leadership and how it is improving their practice
-
Potential additional AI applications such as staff feedback, data analysis and multi-dimensional thought partnership
-
Expert AI tools to master, such as prompt engineering, ongoing conversations and appropriate use.
You will spend the majority of your time applying these powerful AI engagement strategies in your own projects/practices where you want to learn to use or get better at using AI. The rest of the sessions will provide opportunities for you and your peers to share your learning, reflect and offer each other feedback.
Finally, you and other work session participants will help to plan the topics for each work session and be encouraged to practice tools beforehand in your school and district leadership roles. FRB team members will be available to coach you as needed.
