 Learn to get the most out of AI with new and creative tools that improve your leadership effectiveness. All AI experience levels are invited to join these dynamic work sessions.

Deepen confidence in your staff communication and feedback practices. Learn strategies that you can adapt to your own leadership style and feedback frameworks in this interactive workshop series.

Affinity Groups

 

 

Join our affinity group for Black women administrators where you'll build a trusted community in which you candidly share your professional ideas, experiences and challenges. 

Drop-in Gatherings

School Visits

Offer insights and fresh perspectives to leaders at host schools regarding successes and challenges of scaling new practices. Walk away with new strategies to apply in your own school.

Podcast Clubs

Gather online with a group of peers for quick, lively conversations regarding provocative podcasts. Our two fall strands focus on Leadership and Growth Mindsets, and Student Voice and Equity.

Zoom Gatherings

Join our facilitators and your education leadership peers for learning and discussion on timely leadership topics: Parent/Caregiver Engagement, Growing Staff and Your Leadership, and Equity Mindsets.
