Coaching offers a deep dive into personal leadership. In working with an education leader, a coach will serve as a guide and supporter as the leader: clarifies values and priorities; works through self-discovery and re-discovery; manages change; and seeks accountability.
Each leader will determine the topics and frequency of coaching conversations.
