Audience

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Learning YOUR Way online community this past year. We have paused the platform for now, but we have exciting new programming coming your way for the 2024-25 school year.

Starting in September 2024, join us for dynamic education leadership workshops, affinity groups and drop-in sessions.

See below for details.

Please note that registration and calendar links are coming soon.

Workshops and Groups

AI in Education

Series of 3-4 work sessions focused on how education leaders can use AI to improve their effectiveness. All experience levels encouraged to join as we explore various practical applications for AI tools.

Communication and Feedback for Growth

Build confidence in your communication and staff feedback practices in this four-part workshop series. Learn strategies that you can adapt to your own leadership style and frameworks.

Affinity Groups

Our affinity groups give you a place to build trusted communities where you can share authentic ideas and challenges. This fall, we
will convene a group for Black women administrators.

Drop-in Gatherings

School Visits

Offer insights and fresh perspectives to leaders at host schools and walk away with new practices and strategies to apply in your own school.

Podcast Club

Gather online with a group of peers for quick, lively conversations regarding provocative podcasts. Our two fall strands focus on mindsets, and student voice and equity.

Zoom Gatherings

Our popular Zoom gatherings continue this fall. Join our facilitators and your education leadership peers for learning and discussion on timely leadership topics.
