Instructional Community of Practice

Why Participate:

Share with colleagues and learn systems change practices that help to remove district roadblocks, improve learning and support progress.

In these sessions, curriculum and instruction leaders gather regularly to solve complex systems challenges. Our facilitators use a variety of protocols and frameworks (e.g. Systems Thinking Habits) to foster meaningful and practical dialogue and resource sharing among them.

This community offers:

  • A no-judgment zone to brainstorm and push boundaries

  • A supportive group of peers who encourage each other to reach a higher level

  • A foundation for championing positive systems change in your district.

Focus: Inspired Leadership Dialogue
