Session Dates
Series 1 on Tuesdays: 9/29, 10/20, 11/10
Series 2 on Wednesdays: 9/30, 11/4, 11/11
This set of stand-alone, one‐hour Zoom sessions helps you build a practical approach to setting and sustaining healthy professional and personal boundaries. You will assess your current boundaries, determine where new ones are needed, and practice communicating them in structured, feedback‐rich exercises.
To support your learning, we’ll use multiple frameworks and five core elements of effective boundary setting: clear, kind, consistent, flexible and communicated.
Come to one, two or all three. If you attend two or more sessions, you will receive a complimentary 30‐minute follow‐up coaching session.
