This set of stand-alone, one‐hour Zoom sessions helps you build a practical approach to setting and sustaining healthy professional and personal boundaries so you can show up fully for those you lead. You will assess your current boundaries, determine where new ones are needed, and practice communicating them in structured, feedback‐rich exercises.

To support your learning, we’ll use multiple frameworks and five core elements of effective boundary setting: clear, kind, consistent, flexible and communicated.

Come to one, two or all three sessions. Both series cover the same content, so feel free to mix and match sessions across them to fit your schedule. If you attend two or more sessions, you will receive a complimentary 30‐minute follow‐up coaching session.
