REFLECT
ONE-ON-ONE
This flexible learning experience will help you gain clarity regarding the areas of leadership growth that matter most to you right now. You identify what you are working through, such as improving instructional leadership, navigating culture and climate, building trust within your team, or managing supervision. You work with an experienced BOCES reflection partner who brings good questions, non‐judgmental listening, and the space to think without distracting noise.
The experience begins with a 30‐minute conversation to explore your identified area of leadership growth, followed by back‐and‐forth written reflections that deepen your thinking on it, and one or more additional conversations, as needed, to clarify your thinking. You may explore one or more topics together. This is not coaching nor consulting. It is dedicated time to pause, write, think out loud, and see your own leadership more clearly. This spring, we will connect you with a reflection partner so you can meet briefly and set a first conversation date for the fall.
